“Desktop background and foreground tool”

The Photo Combiner software helps you create a background on your computer using your own photo collection. The program will pick a photo from your file bucket and you can customize the image to fit your artistic needs for your desktop.

The Photo Combiner will let you perform many operations which include (but are not limited to) making sketches, rotating the picture, adding a mask, embossing, resizing, adding a frame, changing the overlay order and text, and a lot more.

The Photo Combiner has all the necessary custom tools you will need to make sure that the output you make will be anything you can think of making.

The program will be useful when you want to create wallpapers for yourself, and your creation can be shared via email so that you can make one for your personal contacts.
